Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction Smiles & Giggles Foundation (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to providing transparency and clarity regarding the cancellation and refund process for our donors, supporters, and participants. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and refunds for donations, event registrations, and product purchases associated with our programs and initiatives.


1. Donations

1.1 Voluntary Contributions All donations made to Smiles & Giggles Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Donors are encouraged to review their donation details carefully before proceeding with the transaction.

1.2 Errors in Donation In case of an error in the donation amount or a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the donation at info@smilesandgigglesfoundation.org. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

1.3 Tax-Exemption Receipts Once a donation receipt has been issued and utilized for tax exemption, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.


2. Event Registrations

2.1 Cancellations by Participants

  • Notification Timeline: Participants wishing to cancel their event registration must notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed after deducting any administrative or processing fees incurred.

  • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for refunds.

2.2 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Smiles & Giggles Foundation, participants will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.


3. Product Purchases

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds or replacements are available for defective or damaged products sold by Smiles & Giggles Foundation.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.2 Return Process

  • Customers must return the product in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items Certain items, such as customized products or electronic kits, are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective.


4. Processing Time Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Smiles & Giggles Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway.


5. Changes to this Policy Smiles & Giggles Foundation reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be published on our official website.
